Hourly Rates
Residential
- Journeyman/Master - $130 per hour
- 3rd/4th year apprentice - $110 per hour
- 2nd year apprentice - $90 per hour
- 1st year apprentice - $65 per hour
- Entry level - $40 per hour
Commercial
- Journeyman/Master - $180 per hour
- 3rd/4th year apprentice - $150 per hour
- 2nd year apprentice - $120 per hour
- 1st year apprentice - $75 per hour
- Entry level - $55 per hour
Service Calls
- Residential service calls - $300 minimum + materials
- Commercial service calls - $375 minimum + materials
- Service calls lasting longer than 2 hours are billed at listed hourly rates listed after the initial 2 hours *additional fees may apply for after hours or emergency services*
Hard Bids
Hard bids are issued case by case at our discretion
Change Orders: Change orders will be issued for all installations and services provided outside of the original project scope.
Billable Time: All time utilized toward completing an installation is considered billable time including but not limited to drive time for material procurement, shop fabrication, and project management.
Provided Materials: All materials procured by MK Power may be subject to industry standard price adjustments.
